When we install any of our software applications, we establish a comprehensive technical support network to meet your needs. Application support is available from 9 am GMT to 6 pm PST, via phone, email, or from our online support center. Rest assured that your questions will be investigated on the same day that they are received.
Licenses for TMS, TMS light, and client-server installations of EmbARK include 90 days of system support. Single-user EmbARK and Web Kiosk licenses include 60 days of system support. After the initial free support period, clients enter into a standard maintenance agreement.
Clients are requested to designate one representative to act as the liaison to Gallery Systems support staff.
Gallery Systems requires a minimum of 56K baud modem for communication, but recommends a high-speed link to facilitate remote-access technical support.
