Many schools have an art collection, which can be managed in TMS, however even those without specific art collections can derive value from using our software.
Schools can develop stories around particularly sites, people, objects and events within TMS, then use eMuseum to publish the information to the website. Take, for example, a sporting event: in TMS the event details, including related individuals and groups (other schools, teams, players), related objects (perhaps a trophy and bat), media (photographs, scanned score sheets, video, etc.), bibliographical references (a report in the school newspaper), and venue information (perhaps there is a historic pavilion).
Recording archival information in a contextual manner appeals to alumni and prospective students alike and really makes the school come alive.
