TMS 2010 now includes an Alert feature that allows you to create custom user messages linked to specific records. For example, you can create an alert to send to your conservation staff whenever a conservation object record is marked as “action required”, or an alert to notify a specific staff member whenever a loan is 4 weeks away from expiring. Alerts can be directed to a specific staff member or a group, and can be designed to respond to almost any workflow or status change within TMS. Join this webinar and learn the basics of TMS 2010 Alerts. Some familiarity with SQL is required to get the most of this feature, but feel free to attend even if you’re unfamiliar with SQL for a chance to see how you can use this new feature.
