Zuly Bonilla has been with Gallery Systems since 2025 and serves as Director of Operations. In this role, she partners with leadership to set operational direction, strengthen security and compliance, and guide major platform and efficiency improvements. She also oversees the IT and Security, Hosting, and Professional Services departments. Zuly plays a central role in Gallery Systems’ ongoing evolution, guiding the thoughtful adoption of new tools and the continuous improvement of the internal mechanisms that help us deliver for our clients. She brings over a decade of leadership experience in the technology sector, with deep expertise in data governance, organizational design, and corporate strategy.

Joining Gallery Systems in 1996, Robb is a strategic decision maker for the company’s products and services. With a master’s degree in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University, he has valuable knowledge of diverse database management systems and plays a key role in enhancing the end user interface. As the Director of Client Care, Robb has a client-first mentality, having integrated numerous new features into EmbARK while expanding his reach to the next generation of TMS Suite products.

Liz’s role is to be the voice and advocate for our clients as it relates to the TMS Suite vision, strategy, and roadmap for the future. Liz comes to Gallery Systems with in-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle, UI/UX design, and building valuable software solutions that clients need.

Denton joined Gallery Systems in 2025 as Director of Finance. He collaborates across the organization on financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while leading efforts to modernize finance systems and strengthen the team’s capabilities. Denton is a strategic finance leader with expertise in driving financial performance, scenario planning, and multi-entity financial management across SaaS and multi-product industries.

Director of Marketing

Julia Mazur has been with Gallery Systems since 2023 and serves as Marketing Director. In this role, she leads the company’s marketing strategy, client engagement initiatives, webinars, user conferences, and marketing programs that help museums and cultural institutions get the most from Gallery Systems’ products and expertise. With academic backgrounds in Art History, Fine Art, and Art Business, along with several years of experience working in commercial galleries, Julia brings a deep understanding of the arts community and the unique needs of Gallery Systems’ clients. She combines that industry knowledge with more than a decade of marketing experience to strengthen client relationships and support the company’s continued growth.

Paul joined Gallery Systems in 2006. As the General Manager, he oversees management across the organization. Prior to his current role, he spent 9 years as Director of Sales, forging new relationships with museums and managing opportunities for growth in emerging markets. Paul previously worked at the Rubell Museum in Miami and holds a BS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
